For the past ten years I worked as Sales & Marketing Director at World-Architects.com, an international network of architects and designers.
In November 2021 I quit my job to seek new challenges. I see this as an opportunity to grow and to keep a creative, playful approach to co-creating the future.
recent challenges
In the recent past, I established and led an international sales & marketing team, initiated and managed interdisciplinary projects, carved out and designed brand identities, developed marketing and communications strategies for clients and partners and introduced a federally approved apprenticeship for mediamatics (an in-company ICT training course).

I hold a master's degree in economics with a major in marketing, a bachelor's degree in tourism management with a major in communication design and a certificate of advanced studies in design technologies.

With 20 years of experience in marketing, I have the in-depth knowledge of user behavior, analytics and communication design necessary to plan and implement strategies that inspire.

Working with some of the world's most renowned designers and architects, I always admired their understanding of design as a process of observing, analyzing and interpreting established points of view in order to adopt new perspectives.
In my daily work I follow this design thinking mindset by promoting solution-oriented, creative approaches to strategic questions.

Engaging visual communication is key to promoting ideas. Not only in advertising, but along the entire value chain.
I see design as a strategic process to structure and communicate ideas. Depicting complex problems and reducing them to the essentials helps a lot to understand them.

In order to understand the world we live in today, I aquired myself some hands-on knowledge in HTLM, CSS, Javascript and C#. Currently, I'm digging into Python and SQL to enhance my data-science skills.

my pandemic project.
During the disruptive months of the pandemic I started taking flight lessons to become a private pilot.
Flying is challenging. Staying ahead of the plane requires thorough preparation and forward planning. In flight, focussing on the tasks at hand is crucial, but without loosing the situational awareness to interpret and prioritize data fast and correctly.
The level of immersion that comes with that combination of challenge and skills is incredibly rewarding.
